It's officially the time of year when summer vacations are on everyone's mind. If Google is any indication, the general population has been busy searching for the ideal summer travel destination. Early May is precisely the time when searches for summer vacation spike on Google, Travel + Leisure reports, meaning peak travel season is on the horizon. With all of this searching, Google has been able to pinpoint which destinations will be the most popular this summer.
You can be sure that warm, tropical locations will dominate summer travel yet again.
